Hello Team,
When I try open report in power bi service its showing like below snapshot but when I open the report in Power BI Desktop its working fine. What will be the reason and how to fix this?
Thanks and Regards,

Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @Balakrishnan_J ,
Recommended Fix Steps are:
Please Open Power BI Service → Go to Workspace → Datasets → Settings
Please verify:
-That data source credentials are valid
-Gateway connection (if required) is online and mapped
-Try republishing the report from Power BI Desktop.
-Refresh the dataset manually to confirm if it connects successfully.
If still facing issue then note the Activity ID and Correlation ID (from the error) and share them with your Power BI admin for backend logs to figure our the error.
🌟 I hope this solution helps you unlock your Power BI potential! If you found it helpful, click 'Mark as Solution' to guide others toward the answers they need.
