Unable to load data model error message - can't solve

My users have started to receive the "Unable to load" error message (picture below).   This report had been working and loading fine up until a week or so ago.  I have not refreshed the data in a while (doesn't need to - historical data at this point).  Additionally, there are a few other published PBI reports that are very similar that I created which this same group has been using without any issues.

I have searched this forum, along with other sources, and have already done several things mentioned previously, i.e. checked/adjusted permissions, deleted and republished, shared the data set (which I prefer not to do, but tested it with one and it did not work), cleared the cache.  Our licenses are managed by our corporation, and to my knowledge, nothing has changed.

I'm at a loss.  Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous ,

Are users still unable to access reports after you republish?

I would like to know how you share the reports to your users, what permissions you grant them and do you have RLS set for your reports? If your report has RLS, it will be inaccessible to users without permissions, as the following shows:
