Unable to load data from excel

- Ensure that the Excel file is in a supported format (.xlsx or .xls). Open the file in Excel and save it again to confirm that it is not corrupted.
- Refresh the data source settings in Power BI. Navigate to File > Options and Settings > Data Source Settings. Locate the Excel data source, click on Clear Permissions, and then re-add the data source.
- Repair the Microsoft Office installation. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Locate Microsoft Office in the list, right-click on it, and select Change. Choose Repair and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Run Power BI as an administrator. Right-click on the Power BI icon and select Run as Administrator. Try loading the data again. Additionally, ensure that you are using the latest version of Power BI.

This is most likely due to either running an old version of Power BI or you are missing access database components. You can try reinstalling Power BI or try installing the latest version of Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.
