Unable to install gateway

Trying to run the installer (v14.16.6464.1) on my local Windows 10 machine.  Logon as service is enabled for my account, it is a local admin, and I have tried executing the file as administrator.  Executable does not finish launching.  I have replicated this on a few machines with other pro users within our org.  All receive the same results.  .NET Runtime Error 1026 followed by Applciation Error 1000.  Errors below.  Has anyone else experienced this?  New to Power BI and going through some training, so forgive if I am missing something here.

Hi @BenderIsGreat,

>>System.IO.FileNotFoundException

Based on error message, it seems like the installer failed to find out some specific files. Please check your package if it contains any break files.

In addition, you can try to clear the previous version cache and reboot system to install.

BTW, you can also submit a support ticket for further support.

Regards,

Xiaoxin Sheng
