Unable to export the power bi report thru Export To File In Group api
- 2 years ago
Hi Anonymous
I would recommend looking at the report and ensuring if you are following best practices and DAX best practices in order to make sure that the report can render and consume less than 10 gigs of memory typically. There typically can be done, but does require some work.

Thanks for the reply from GilbertQ , please allow me to provide another insight:
Hi, Anonymous
Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:
1.First, you can try increasing the query limit: If you're using Power BI Premium, you can contact your capacity admin to see if you can increase the memory limit for each query.
How to configure workloads in Power BI Premium - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
2.Second, you can try modifying the query capacity on desktop to choose the capacity setting:Set visual query limits in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Of course, if you have any new ideas, you are welcome to contact us.
Best Regards,
Leroy Lu
