Unable to export data from a visual in a report to excel

Hi,

I have a report with live connection to an on-prem SSAS and recently export to excel stoped working. When starting an export to excel I get the usual message that says "Exporting data. You can still browse reports and dashboards while we export your data" but the export never finish and no file is downloaded. If I choose .csv instead everything is working fine.

If you  have edit access to this report ,maybe you can take a try to download it and then export data to excel in  powerbi desktop .
