Unable to export data for only one visual but can for others

Hi All

I have an issue regarding exporting data.
The end users are unable to export data for one visual in a report but are able to for all other visuals.
End users have said they could previously export data from this visual but no cannot.
I have spent a lot of time on this issue and cannot seem to find a solution.
I have checked the settings in power bi desktop and the users are allowed to export both underlying and summary data. I have also checked the settings on the service and it is set to allow users to export data in both csv and excel format.
Any help regarding this issue will be much appreciated.
I have attached pictures below displaying the scenario

First picture is visual in question, second shows the options available when clicking on export for that visual and the third picture shows the export options for all other visuals on the same report.

Hi @Anonymous ，

Export using Underlying data won't work if:

• the version is older than 2016.
• The tables in the model don't have a unique key.
• an administrator or report designer has disabled this feature.
• you enable the Show items with no data option for the visualization Power BI is exporting.

Please check that the visual meets requirements 2 and 4.

Have you reveiwed the Considerations and Limitations here:  Export data from a Power BI visualization - Power BI | Microsoft Docs  ?   Since you stated that this USED to work, I am then wondering if the data source changed or the permissions changed?

Thanks for your reply. I will look at that link you sent.
I doubt it's a data source issue or permissions issue because all the other visuals you are able to export and they are all pulling from the same cube in the same report
