Unable to export PowerPoint/PDF from PowerBI Service

No issue exporting the same report last week to PowerPoint or PDF. Attempted to export to PowerPoint or PDF today with new data and received the following error message:

This issue has been reported and it will be fixed in production environment recently. Please refer to I cannot export to pdf or powerpoint - Microsoft Power BI Community. You can find some workarounds in comment area in that link. Hope it helps!

I am getting the same error. I am unable to export to PowerPoint. Everything was fine last week. it doesnt work for my colleagues as well. Do i need to raise a new error idea?
