Unable to export PowerPoint/PDF from PowerBI Service

This issue has been reported and it will be fixed in production environment recently. Please refer to I cannot export to pdf or powerpoint - Microsoft Power BI Community. You can find some workarounds in comment area in that link. Hope it helps!

I am getting the same error. I am unable to export to PowerPoint. Everything was fine last week. it doesnt work for my colleagues as well. Do i need to raise a new error idea?
