Unable to download underlying data
Hi Team,
I am trying to publish a dashboard in power BI service. Customer needs to download data from a table visual. I dono the reason but that option is not poping up. The option for 'Export Data' in 'Tenant Setting' is enabled already.
Kindly help me to resolve the same. Thanks in advance

Check to make sure in the Data Set itself that users have "Build" rights. RLS will still be applied, but we found nobody can export data without also have Build rights to a data set under Manage Permissions. Check that this is enabled for users and it should resolved your issue.

Here is the documentation for build permission. Your customer will need to have build permission on the underlying dataset to export data.
