Unable to download pbix file - statuscode 404
We started using powerBI in 2016 at my company and got a few older reports and datasets published through PowerBI Services (I assume not through the conventional PBI desktop way).
We are trying to download he PBIX files, located at the admin accounts "My workspace", but we can't. When we click download it looks like it's starting then we get an error message "We couldn't export to .pbix format" with statuscode 404.
Any ideas how to download these files since we dont have access to the local PBIX files anymore?

If the Report you want to download was published or updated before November 23, 2016, then you won't be able to download the PBIX. It's a known limitation, you can find the other possible limitations in this document..
