Hi,
I am the admin on a workspace and the report that was deployed on the via workspace using LIVE CONNECTION by another member is no longer with the company. He deployed it on the DEV workspace with a Dataset from the QA workspace, essntially a shared dataset. My manager has shared this to the wider audience as a Production Page (which was essentially a Sample Page) and now any change to the URL of the LandingPage can cause wider repurcussion since the URL can't be changed.
I thought this was due to a Shared Dataset as suggested by some forums so I rebound the QA dataset to a dataset in the same workspace but the report still can't be downloaded.
The report name is LandingPage.pbix, this report unfortunately can't be downloaded since teh Download is disabled as shown below. If we deploy a report with the same name a new report gets created. We are able to edit the page only from the Service.
Any assistance in this regard will be great.
Thanks

One workaround I've used is to sync the workspace to DevOps for version control.
Doing this will save a version of your report (and semantic model) there, you can then download both zip files, put them together and it will give you the report - You will need to resync the data as DevOps will not hold onto anything for you, just the framework of the report.
