Unable to create subscription with Full Report as attachment enabled

Hello All,

We recently upgraded our Pro license to Premium Per User license. The users want to get the reports in PDF format as attachment. 

Checked the prerequisites like pdf size should be less than 25 MB, Need a Premium Per User License and so on. The full report as attachment option is greyed out. Upgraded the workspaces as well. Nothing works out. Am i missing anything?

    Can you confirm that when creating the subscription it is only for internal users and that they are creating the subscription themselves?

    Hi GilbertQ  Yes the subscription is for internal users and i am creating it for myself. I have a Premium per user license.

      hi sudhakar111 

       

      As far as I am aware that is a limitation for PPU, because it is licensed per user, you can only send it to yourself. You would need Premium Per Capacity to send it out for multiple users.
