Unable to create dataflow with a sharepoint folder using Sharepoint.Contents

I want to create a dataflow for a sharepoint excel file by navigating to it using Sharepoint.Contents but after final navigation the table is created in binary format and I'm unable to convert it into table/excel format.

I couldn't use a direct folder link as URL because our sharepoint page is not setup in that way.  It becomes a long alphabetical link which cannot be read as URL. Also there are 1000s of files and we are unable to point to exact file using Sharepoint.Files option Hence using Sharepoint.Contents to navigate to the exact folder in the sharepoint folder.

I am successfullu able to navigate to the excel file as shown below images but cannot see the data in table format. 

Can any guru help me on this please? 

But once I click on the table it becomes a binary format and am unable to right clikc/ open the file as a table. How to solve this?
