Unable to create a new semantic model nor update the default model from our lakehouse

I can offer you a couple of suggestions that will hopefully help with the problem you are experiencing.
1.Ensure Lakehouse Sync is Enabled:
Verify that the option to sync the default Power BI semantic model is enabled.
Sometimes changes may not appear immediately. Wait for a few minutes and refresh the page to see if the tables appear.
2.Manually Update the Model:
If automatic updates don’t work, you might need to manually trigger an update. Go to the settings of your lakehouse and look for an option to manually sync or refresh the semantic model.
3.Verify Permissions:
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view and update the semantic model.
4.Clear Cache:
Clear your browser cache or try accessing the lakehouse from a different browser or incognito mode to rule out any caching issues.

1. I believe this setting has already been turned on which I have shown in image #3 of my previous message. If this is not the setting you are talking about, please give explicit instructions of how to find it.
2. I cannot manually trigger the refresh of the semantic model. As I mentioned in the previous message, the UI to trigger a refresh of the UI is not showing up for me. All documentation that I find points to a Reporting tab that should be showing up but isn't.
3. I am a workspace admin and was the person who created the lakehouse, eventhouse, and KQL database. When looking at the lakehouse's default semantic model, it says that I have all permissions. What more would I need?
4. Clearing cache or opening a session in incognito mode did not work.
Here is an update to the issue: When I created a new KQL table and added it to the lakehouse via a shortcut, it showed up in the lakehouse's default semantic model and was available as a table that could be used in a new semantic model. At this point, I deleted the lakehouse and created a new one. I added shortcuts to these existing KQL tables. At this point, only the latest created table showed up in the default semantic model.
At one point, all table shortcuts to my KQL tables showed up in the default semantic model. Now only one of them is. All of the KQL tables have OneLake availability turned on. Any ideas?
