Recently, we've been unable to copy a visual as an image. Doesn't matter what app we are in, no visuals work like they used to.
After trying, this is always displayed. Gateway tenant settings are set to allow this to copy.
Any ideas?

Hi, @TCavins
There are some applications with limited support for the image copying from Power BI Service, the content may not be displayed in its entirety.
Precautions:
1. Copy a visual in a report and paste it onto another report page (requires editing permissions for the report)
2. Copy an image of a visual from Power BI to your clipboard, and paste it into other applications (available in the Power BI service and mobile, unavailable in Power BI Desktop)
Q: I don't see the Copy as image option. A: If you're using Power BI Desktop, this feature is not yet available. Q: Why is the Copy icon disabled on a visual? A: We currently support native Power BI visuals and Certified Visuals. There is limited support for certain visuals including:

This is not an issue due to the limitations. These are reports that have always been able to be copied to a visual and recently started displaying the error message. The option is there to copy to image, but it just produces and error and the link on the error doesn't help.
Hi Charlotte
This is affecting multiple users and is not related to the information in the 'learn more' link on that error message, because the problem is the option is there to copy but the visual is not copied - it produces the error as displayed in OP.
I've also posted about this, yesterday, and received a response from someone else in customer support that it is a known incident and is being looked into under ID 335923460
