I cannot connect Mysql server from app.powerbi.com in Dataset. when i submit the credentials then showing the below message.
Note I can connect Mysql from the Power BI desktop. I cannot find the SQL connector /net X64 suggested for installation.
Failed to update data source credentials: MySQL: We were unable to find a database provider with invariant name 'MySql.Data.MySqlClient'. This error could've been the result of provider-specific client software being required, but missing on this computer. You need to download the file from the link and install MySQL on your Power BI Gateway Server.
Then you need to then configure the data source credentials in the Power BI Service.
