Unable to connect to the data source undefined

 

Hi Community,

 

I got an error message when I refresh the data on power BI services. I created the report in BI Desktop and upload it to BI services. I already set up the gateway cluster below:

 

And map all the data source

 

And the data gateway should be set up correctly.

 

 

 

Is there anything I was missing in the set up?

      Hi,

       

      It seem not working for me, I just updated the path as below, as all the files only save in a folder from desktop, not related to shared drive. and the path is not applicable when update on Power BI desktop. What should be the source path? it's not a folder but an excel file.

    Sorry, not sure what's going on, I never use local storage for files as I find it's too much hassle. I always upload files to SharePoint Online in which case there's no need for a gateway.
