Could any one please help me on this query.
Thanks,
Vamsi
Hi. The error specify that the gateway can't reach the file because the credentials are wrong. Make sure you are setting the windows credentials like this:
User= Domain\user
Pass= password
The domain can be the key. If there is no domain configured, then use the "name of the PC" at windows. That one should work.
I hope that helps,

Hi,

Thanks,
vamsi
Maybe one more hint/trial...
Do you have communication established between your Gateway VM and your File Server (where your target folder - C:/Folder/Folder/etc. is located)?
When I say domain I mean the company configuration of domain network, I didn't mean the literal word.
The username or password is the one you use for logging the computer when you turn it on.
In order to get the PC name you can search "this pc properties" or "pc name" at windows search button to get to this screen:
In my computer this would be the example of credentials:
User: Desktop-XXXXX\ibarrau
Password: **************
I hope that make sense,
Happy to help!
