Can you connect normally after closing this error?

Hi Janey
"Closing" the error does nothing. The exact same error occurs if I "Insert" ➡ "PivotTable" ➡ "From Power BI (xxxx)"
I'll ask IT if they can update Excel, but it seems to tell me I'm already on the latest version (Semi Annual Enterprise Channel)
Cheers

Hi, petesuen
Sorry, I can't reproduce your scene in my computer. Do you use a pro license?
There is also a function on the service called ‘Analyze in Excel’, can you use it?

Everyone in our company should have the Pro license.
It does work while clicking on "Analyze in Excel" on a report from app.powerbi.com
Unfortunately that's an extra step that's unlikely to appease the crowd.
I have been in touch with Microsoft so I'll report back if I have anything new.
