Unable to connect to Postgres database with Power BI web/service/app

Hello,

I can setup the connection to my Postgres (hosted in AWS RDS) via the Power BI desktop. By following this online tutorial.

However, after publishing it to Power BI web/service/app. I am unable to connect to the database and refresh it. Having the following error message.
