Unable to connect specific Sharepoint excel from power bi service hence can't schedule refresh

Hello All, new to power bi, I am using power bi trial license as of now. There are around 9 excels I connect in power bi desktop and able to perform any refresh. However in power bi service ( published in my workspace), I am unable to connect only 8 in manage gateways, 1 sharepoint excel data source always says offline, tried to reconnect using oAuth2 and Basic authentication but doesn't work. any clue why ?

no it was not the case.. all were in sharepoint only.. however somehow the issue was resolved and I am still clueless what was it. hence closing the thread.

Hi @ANP 

Have you tried to compare the differences between them, the two data sources for offline and online and the connection method? If you create a similar data source again, what would be the state of it?

No all are in sharepoint, I can load and refresh that 9th one in power bi desktop but when in service trying to schedule refresh , it says I cant as one source is offline, with the same organizational authentication I am connecting others excels but this one doesn't get connected..  all are web connections

Please correct me if I wrongly understood your issue .

You have 9 exccels , 8 are in local , one is in SharePoint Online . You can refresh the 8 excels , but you cannot refresh the excel in SharePoint , right ?

What is the data source you configured ? Can you provide the screenshot of data source in Manage gateways ?
