Unable to authenticate Mysql credentials

Hello, i'm having troubles updating my report that already works, in desktop, services and automatic updates using on premises data gateway personal mode

The last automatic update was today at 11 am.

I already check the database credentials, restart the on premises data gateway and is not working

This is what it shows:

Hi, @JAJV93 

I wonder if the connection in MySQL workbench is successful and which version of MySQL connector you are using. You may try to use same connection string and ensure that you use same database credential in Power BI Desktop to connect to the MySQL database. As is suggested in the thread , you may update your MySQL connector to the right version.

Look like it is credentials issue. 

Las credenciales proporcionadas para el origen mysql no son validas - The credentials provided for the mysql source are not valid

 Please check with the credentials once and try to re-pro the issue.

If the issue is persists, Please raise a support ticket to investigate the issue.

Hello @venal , thanks for the reply, but it's not the case, I've checked the credentials like a thousand times and is not the problem.

Any other ideas?
