Look like it is credentials issue. 

Las credenciales proporcionadas para el origen mysql no son validas - The credentials provided for the mysql source are not valid

 Please check with the credentials once and try to re-pro the issue.

If the issue is persists, Please raise a support ticket to investigate the issue.

Hello venal , thanks for the reply, but it's not the case, I've checked the credentials like a thousand times and is not the problem.

Any other ideas?
