I encountered an issue while attempting to gain full access to my account, which prompted me to add a TXT record to my domain hosting settings.
Following the instructions provided by Power BI, I added the required TXT record to my domain hosting. Subsequently, I was prompted to log out and log back in to complete the process. However, upon attempting to log back in, I encountered an unexpected hurdle.
My previous mobile device, which had the Microsoft Authenticator app installed, was recently replaced. Consequently, I no longer have access to the Microsoft Authenticator app or the codes generated by it. Despite successfully resetting my password through the "Forgot Password" option, I am unable to bypass the prompt for a code from the Microsoft Authenticator app during the login process.
This situation has left me unable to access my Power BI account and is causing disruptions to my ongoing projects. I have attempted to resolve this issue through various avenues, including searching for live chat support from Microsoft, but have been unsuccessful in finding a solution.
I already tried forget password and was able to change it but it's still asking for Auth code
Hi, @Zohaib89
You can ask your account administrator to help you with the problem with your account. If you're an administrator, you can manage user authentication options by following the steps outlined in the Microsoft documentation. This includes removing existing authentication methods and requiring MFA to be re-registered:

Hello @Anonymous Thanks for the solution. Yes, I am the admin but I am unable to sign in without the Auth Code.
Hi @Zohaib89
I would suggest trying the forgot password option in the Microsoft/office 365 portal. If that still does not work, then try contact Microsoft/Office 365
@GilbertQ Is there any email for Microsoft Support? I am not able to log in and cannot start a ticket.
