Hi there,
Some users are unable to see a Power Apps visual embedded in Power BI. They receive the following error message: You cannot see the contect of this report because you do not have permissions to the underlying dataset. Please contact the dataset owner to request access. The datasource of the Power App is a sharepoint list. The users can directly access the Power App but not when its embedded within Power BI. They can also directly access the Sharepoint list. The users also have access to the Power BI dataset.
Other users are successfully able to view the PowerApps visual embedded in Power BI. Please help us resolve this issu.

Please confirm the permissions of these users in the Power bi dataset, you can try to remove them and reassign the permissions.
