Unable to acces Azure Postgres

We are currently facing issues to publish & connect to our Azure PostgreSQL database. Using the same credentials on PowerBI Desktop works without any issues, but once we publish reports to PowerBI Online data retrieval fails. We are prompted for credentials to the database but then get the following error:



For debugging I already tried (unsuccessfully):
- Running PowerBI Deskop as Administrator before publishing
- Opening Firewall to all IPs for Azure Postres database through Azure Portal

Could you please have a look into this issue to confirm all services work as intended?
