Unable to Switch Tenants

I am using a Power BI Pro account and need to switch between different tenants to access specific datasets and reports vital for my ongoing projects. However, I am unable to find the "Change Tenant" or "Switch Directory" options in my Power BI interface. 

My company email has a PowerBI Pro license. My client issued a PowerBI Pro license under the same email address (from their org), and I did not receive an invite/alert email.

What should my next steps be? Thank you in advance for assistance!
