Unable to Share Report Externally from Premium Service

I have crreated a report and published to our Premium PowerBI service. I want to share with an external customer but when I enter their email in the Share Report dialog window, I get message highlighted in red "One or more email addresses are outside your organization" and the 'Share button is grayed out.

 

What do I need to do to enable outside sharing?

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    This is where you would find it in the Admin Portal, then Tenant Settings

    Hi there

    You will have to contact your Power BI Admin and ask them to add you to the Group which will then allow you to share reports externally.

    This is most likely done to ensure that data is not currently shared externally.

      Hi Gilbert, thanks for the answer. Can you provide more specific instructions where on PBI server the Admin would go to make this change? What group do I need to get added to?
