Navigate to the Settings of the dataflow in Power BI Service.
Under Data Source Credentials, clear credentials for all data sources listed (even for active tables).
Reapply credentials only for the remaining tables in the dataflow.
Refresh the dataflow and verify if the residual credentials are gone.

Recheck the Dataflow in Power Query Editor

Open the dataflow in Power Query Editor in the Power BI Service.
Check for any lingering queries or references to the deleted tables that might not be visible in the lineage view.
Remove or clean up any references to the deleted tables in Power Query.
