Unable to Refresh Dataset in Power BI Service_PowerBINotAuthorizedException

Thank you for your suggested solution. Currently, I have all the access to the data source and thus the premission to the data source was not the issue.
Right now, my issue had resolved. It was the workspace license that was not assigned correctly. Since I am using AI function (Text Analytics) in my Power BI report, my workspace settings should be assigned to Trial version of Microsoft Fabric so that I am able to use AI function when refreshing the dataset via Power BI Service.

I was experiencing the same issue and I followed your advice to update the workspace to the trial version of fabric and it worked. Thank you for your recommendation.
