Unable to Publish & run On-Demand Refresh

Hi Guys,

I am unable to publish my report to the web. Typically I just see the circle of death for a very long time and then I might get a random error such as "You don't have permisson to publish to that workspace" or "An error occured, try again later".

I also cannot run an on-demand refresh but most of my scheduled refreshes are running but some are over an hour after the time the were scheduled for.

Is anyone else in Europe experiencing this issue?

Any ideas what I how I can troubleshoot?

Worth noting I have admin permissions on all my groups.

My gateway is up and running and is the latest version.

I am facing MAJOR issues as well - cannot publish from Desktop, cannot load data to analyze in Excel.

I've been having this same issue a lot this week. The Owl of Doom has also paid me more frequent visits. As of now the service seems to be entirely unavailable dispite the status on the support page showing the EU as 'running smoothly'.

Hi @uk_tj ,

I'm having the same issue - I was getting the circle of death earlier today but at this point the desktop isn't even responding to me clicking the Publish button 😞

Apparently there is some noise on twitter about it.

MS are saying they are investigating...
