Solution SageUnable to Publish Report with DirectQuery and Incremental Refresh with PostgreSQL as a Data Source
I am trying to publish a report with incremental refresh enabled on one of the tables using import mode and also having another table using directquery as storage mode with PostgreSQL as a data source for both the tables. When i try to publish this report on the Power BI Service using i get the following error:
We are having Power BI Premium for all the reports. I would like to know if is there any way to publish reports using directquery and incremental refresh and PostgreSQL as a data source ? Or this is not supported in Power BI Service
Here is the reply i received from the Microsoft Support Team
We checked with our technical team and they confirmed Postgrey SQL direct query mode data and import mode with incremental refresh data pbix file is not possible to publish

Hi jaideepnema ,
According to the errors, there is a restriction. Please try to use enhanced dataset metadata to see if the restriction can be removed.
If this doesn't work, it is suggested to create a support ticket to get further help.
