Unable to Export to PowerPoint

I'm currently unable to export reports to PowerPoint from PBI. This is a recent change as reports have been successfully exporting for the past 18 months without issue and are within the size limitations;

    Hi we4get ,

     

    Please troubleshoot the problem according to the link provided by  ibarrau regarding the limitations of exporting to PPT files.

     

    Similarly, please check that the Similarly, please check that the Export reports as PowerPoint presentations or PDF documents option in the Admin portal is enabled.

    Thanks for the suggestions and advice. All reports are within limitations and export is 'allowed'. I've raised a support ticket as this is something which has historically been no issue and has now suddenly ceased to work.
