Unable to Access Copilot Despite Having a Power BI Premium License

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I have a Power BI Premium license, but I am unable to use the Copilot feature. I am receiving the message "None of your current workspaces are compatible with Copilot." Since I am based in Turkey, I would like to know if there are any regional restrictions on this feature and what additional steps I might need to take to gain access.

Hi Yigit

When you say you have a Power BI Premium license, are you referring to a Premium Per User license, or a Premium Capacity?

You need a Premium Capacity P1 or above, or Fabric Caacity F64 or above to access copilot.

My license is Premium Per User.

Hi @yigitozenates ,

Independent of individual license, these are prerequisite for copilot to work :

1) we need P1/F64 capacity workspaces

2) enable copilot in tenant setting
