Unable To Login PBI Service

Dear Team,
I am unable to login Power BI Service due to MFA, I was Mistakinly deleted Microsoft Authenticator's ID/Profile. Now when I am trying to login on PBI Service or Desktop it required approval from Authenticator which was deleted. Also I was tried to configure again but unable to configure, it also required approval.

my login id is: [email protected]

1 more thing when I create a new id on my domain like ([email protected]) and want to signup on PBI Service but it says (Your organization doesn't currently allow its users to purchase Microsoft Fabric free. Contact your IT admin for more information.)

Kindly help.
