USERPRINCIPALNAME() not working on Service
I use the Path on a Staff table for Row Level Security ... For some reason ., one of them stopped working for some users it is totally skipping the role security ... have not found a pattern other t...
Remember that RLS is ineffective for Workspace members with Edit permissions and above.
- Can you confirm that the users are still members of the defined roles in the service?
RLS has been defined in PBI Desktop and then published? Just ruling out that it's not this known issue: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-rls#known-issues.
