URL or Hyperlinks in Power BI Services - Published reports

Hi Experts

Before a PBIX Report is published can you add to a button in the pre-published a URL  link to anothe report that is already published in Power BI Services??

so the end user can navigate back and forth to different reports in Power bI Services.

i can add the button but i want the button to link to another published report? in Power Bi Services - is this possible
