URL issue not proper

Hi Experts

I have published a report to Power BI Services and copied the url for the published report..

which is

https://app.powerbi.com/groups/6a4fa620-97e6-425b-ba79-1c9b9c209e68/reports/786612f9-0054-4fb2-a3e9-05bea2ec2faa/ReportSection1a566200c60a36c5d370

but its missing the ?ctid part of the url...

i have filter the data to produce a new URL which should populate in services...

not sure what i am doing wrong...

here are the steps open the PBIX file from dropbox (made up data)

Save duplicate of company details as a new pbix

publish to services

get URL

add url to company details

hide other tab

add url to Report URL measure

techincally whatever filter criteria we apply to the left should be reflect in the destination file.
