Hi @victor_enrique

Can you confirm that the data type has been set to Web in Power BI Desktop?

And that from your PC where you view the Power BI report in the service can access that same link?

HI @victor_enrique

Your image needs to be from a location that your file can reach it - meaning that it can't be on your computer.  It needs to be on a cloud location.

Hi @victor_enrique

You have to make sure that the server that hosts your images are publically available so that it can be rendered by the Power BI Service.

If the files are sitting within your environment Power BI has no way of accessing those image files.
