    Hi gmoreno

The reason your clients are seeing 'This content is unavailable' is because a standard Power BI report URL is not a public link - it requires the viewer to have a Power BI account and be granted access within your organization's tenant.

To share a report publicly (viewable by anyone with the link, no login required), you need to use the Publish to

    Web feature:

    1. Open the report in Power BI Service
    2. Go to File -> Embed report -> Publish to web (public)
    3. Copy the generated public embed URL
    4. Share that URL with your clients

Anyone with this link can view the report without a Power BI account or license.

Important note: Publish to Web makes the report fully public :anyone on the internet can access it, including search engines. Do not use this for confidential or sensitive data.

If the data is sensitive and you need controlled access, you would need to either:
    - Assign your clients a Power BI free/Pro license and share within the tenant, or
    - Use a Power BI Embedded solution for secure external sharing.
