Hi, @planbmedia

May I ask if your problem has been solved? If not, you can try the following methods to solve the problem.

1. Check the sharing settings on your Google Cloud Drive:
Ensure that the images on your Google Cloud Drive are kept shared with anyone who has the link. Images with restricted access will not show up in Power BI (adjust the sharing settings by right-clicking on the image file in Google Drive, selecting "Sharing," and then changing the setting to "Anyone who knows the link").
2. Check that the image URL is correct and has not been changed. The URL should be a direct link to the image, not a link to the Google Drive viewer or any other intermediate page.
3. Test in different environments:Try accessing the image URL directly in a web browser to ensure it displays correctly outside of Power BI. Also, consider testing with other images hosted on other platforms to troubleshoot any issues specific to Google Cloud Drive.
4. Review any changes made to Power BI reports or Google Drive in the past week that may have affected the image display.

If the problem persists after performing these steps, please provide the following additional information:
1. The specific error message you are seeing (if any).
2. If possible, provide a screenshot of the problem.
3. Confirm that the image URL is still valid and can be accessed directly through a Web browser.
