URGENT help needed regarding service refreshes

Hello all,

Any help and understanding provided to the following would be greatly appreciated. Attached is an image of various data sources listed in "Manage connections and gateways".

Firstly, could anyone tell me what they are? I understand that they will be some iteration of data source I have uploaded but why are they displayed like so?

Secondly, if I delete them, will that sort my service refresh issue? If any further info is needed please feel free to ask because this has been a substantial headache and Microsoft Support has been utterly dreadful.

Kind regards,

Sam

Deleting sources randomly is not the way to solve refresh issues, unless you know for a fact that you're not using that source anymore. You have to start from the ground up by looking at refresh error messages one source at a time.

Thanks Otravers,

Of course I understand randomly deleting sources might have reprecussions but I feel like I am going around in circles. Power BI Pro Support have been hopeless and haven't resolved any of the issues that I have come across. Just find it difficult to ascertain where to start. The sources I have listed above as well I have no idea what they are, for example, what is:

{"extensionDataSourceKind":"PowerBI","extensionDataSourcePath":"PowerBI"} ?

I suppose I am just going to have to systematically go through them - would having too many queries in one dataflow be an issue as well?

Again, don't start from the list of data sources, go to the Datasets + Dataflows page then review refresh error details:
