UK Dates for some users

Good morning,

I'm having an issue where my end users are seeing US dates, but on the Desktop version and the Web version for me, I see UK dates. I've had them check their local laptop region /clock settings. I also had them follow these steps that I found on this forum. Neither fix is working for them. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help!

For those having issues with the US date vs. the UK date, please have them:
  1. Make sure their default browser language is set to English (UK).
  2. Then in Power BI, go to Settings (in the upper right-hand corner - gear icon), set their language to Default (browser language).

Choosing this means the dates in their reports should show in the correct format, DD/MM/YYYY

Hi, @jmostert

Does the same problem occur in other browsers?

You need recheck the regional format data(shorted date).

After changing system settings, you'd better log out of Windows 10 and then log back in.
