Two steps verification access on the authenticator app

Hi there,

I've recently been having problems with my Microsoft account, with the two steps verification access on the authenticator app. I deleted my account from and I am trying to access again but it doesn't work. Please, some advice or recommendations?

Hi,

 While this isn't directly related to Power BI, I'm happy to assist. If you've deleted your account from the Authenticator app and can't access your Microsoft account, you can try the following steps:

Alternate Sign-In Methods: Visit the Microsoft Sign-in page and select "I don’t have access to my Authenticator app" to explore other verification options like backup email or phone number.

Contact Microsoft Support: If you're still unable to regain access, reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
