Turning off Report Comments

Hello All,

We don't want users to be able to comment on some reports.  I went into the settings of the report and turned off "Allow users to add comments to this report.".  I then had a user go into the app, open the report, and they still see the comments option at the top. 

Is anyone else experiancing this and is there a fix?
