Turn off sharing for PRO users.
Hello
Is there a way to turn off sharing option for PRO license users? We need PRO licenses so the users could see the reports that was made for them but it also is a security risk with sharing option, we can't have all the PRO license holders randomly share reports that they may have done by themselves with whoever they want. Going Premium isn't an option either because of the cost difference.

Change their workspace roles to Viewers and remove the share permission in the dataset "manage permission". In this way, they can only view and interact on the reports.4 worksapce roles: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-new-workspaces

you should be able to prevent sharing when you share with people

look under point 6
you can probably monitor that with the usage statistics to see who is sharing, the only issue would be if they can download the pbix and share it via the file
