Hello,
How to remove highligting when hover on visuals, text boxes and others? Two days ago everything was great but now if we hover the visual, white frame appears. It looks very unaesthetically for our design and we want to turn off for not showing for our users on app.powerbi.com

Hi, @gkir
According to your description, you don't want to show a white border when you hover over a visual in Power BI Service. Right?
The white border is shown in the following picture:
We can try to close the "visual border" of this visual in "Format" Pane:
Then, when our mouse hovers over the visual, a white border doesn't appear.
Best Regards,
Aniya Zhang

Hi, @v-yueyunzh-msft
Visual borders are turned off but in a view mode borders are still highlighting.
It turned out that is an issue after update and I hope it will be fixed.

I've noticed this too, maybe it's a bug introduced with the new apps experience? After some searching yours is the only post I can see on this topic. Hope it gets some attentions as it's very distracting. It's like reports are in design view, but for end users!
