Turn off filter tab in preview?
Hi,
I recently discovered that the filter pane is visual to every user of my app (even with just preview mode). Is it possible to turn off the possibilty for users to edit these filters?
I am talking about the Report level, drillthrough, page level and visual level filters.
My biggest problem is that I have tables with top 10 sellers (used the top N filter) - but now i see that the users can go into the filters pane and remove this filter (or put a filter on the sales numbers). This means that the sales of EVERY sales responsible is available to people who know about this feature.
Can I turn this option off? Is it any way to solve this in another way?

I do not believe that you can turn this off. What you might want to do is create a new table using TOPN and expose that table in your report versus the entire table.
Greg_Deckler That is my problem, everyone can turn off the top N filter due to the filter tab on the right in apps.
