Turn off Personal Gateway

Hi,

The Power Bi service won't let me turn off the personal gateway and when I go to manage gateways it says that there aren't any gateways installed?

 

 

 

So I'm not sure what I can do to disable this so I can complete a refresh.

    Anonymous so you mean you have multiple Enterprise Gateways installed? And they are not set up as being in a cluster? Then adding you as a user to that gateway entry (of this on-premises database you are mentioning) should solve the problem.

    The assumption here is that you can use multiple gateways in one report, I'm not totally sure of that.

      I uninstalled it from Add/Remove Programs and republished the report and the service still think that there should be a personal gateway.

        Hi Anonymous ,

        I don't understand your request clearly. You want to configure schedule refresh. But you don't want to use personal gateway. Right? I find that you have uninstalled it. And you don't need to care about the warning message. It is always shown there. There is no option that can turn it off.
