Hi,The Power Bi service won't let me turn off the personal gateway and when I go to manage gateways it says that there aren't any gateways installed? So I'm not sure what I can do to disable this so I can complete a refresh.Thanks

Anonymous so you mean you have multiple Enterprise Gateways installed? And they are not set up as being in a cluster? Then adding you as a user to that gateway entry (of this on-premises database you are mentioning) should solve the problem.The assumption here is that you can use multiple gateways in one report, I'm not totally sure of that.
